He began his U.S. banking career in 2018 at Santander Bank in New York City, gaining firsthand experience inside a major financial institution. That background gave him a deep understanding of how mortgage applications are reviewed, structured, and approved.

Having lived in three different countries and fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Ricardo brings an international perspective to Florida’s diverse real estate market. He works seamlessly with domestic buyers, foreign nationals, self-employed professionals, and investors navigating complex financial situations.
